Regional Directors - Latin America & Caribbean

As the official representative of the PAOC in all 46 countries and territories within the Region, I am responsible for the coordination of all PAOC missions activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.  I supervise Global Worker personnel, mission activities and ensure positive working relationships with indigenous church, national and denominational leaders.  To assist in this, I visit the various fields to provide advice, suggestions, pastoral care, conflict negotiation, annual evaluations of fields and personnel, and make recommendations for annual budgets to reflect the vision for the Region and the needs of the fields.
