The Saskatchewan District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada works with the International Office of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada in assisting individuals in obtaining credentials.  The links for the application forms and other related forms are here below.  Click on the application or form required.  In addition to the full application (form, questionnaire, code of ethics, and references, the following must also be included:

• Theological academic transcripts
• $100 application fee

If you are applying for Ministerial Credentials and you and/or your spouse have been divorced and are now remarried, you (and your spouse if previously divorced) will need to complete the Divorced and Remarried Credential Application.  Please contact us for more information on this application.
